Our Horseback Riding Lessons are designed for riders aged 5 and older, providing a comprehensive introduction to horseback riding and horse care. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, our lessons offer a welcoming and supportive environment for all.

What We Offer

• Western and English Riding: Choose the style that suits your interests or explore both! Our classes are tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of each rider.
• Comprehensive Lessons: Each 45-minute class includes hands-on learning about riding techniques, horse care, and tack. On some days, students may focus on groundwork, grooming, or learning about the anatomy of horses and the equipment used.
• Skill Development: Our lessons are designed to build confidence, balance, and riding proficiency while fostering a deeper connection with the horse.

Important Details

• Preparation: Students must arrive 10 minutes early for their lesson. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required for safety.
• Weight Restrictions: For the safety of both riders and horses, weight restrictions apply.
• Commitment: A 3-month commitment is required upon registration to ensure consistent progress.
• Class Schedule:
  • Lessons are held once a week at the student’s assigned time.
  • Classes may be canceled due to rain, excessive heat, or horse health concerns (e.g., injury or illness). Unfortunately, makeup classes are not offered.
