Camp is a specially designed three-day, three-hour program that provides a safe, structured, and sensory-friendly environment for neuro-diverse children to connect with horses, build confidence, and explore new experiences at their own pace. This unique and supportive program is designed specifically for children and teens on the autism spectrum. This camp provides a welcoming environment where participants can connect with horses, develop life skills, and experience personal growth. Through sensory-friendly equine-assisted activities, participants can explore, engage, and thrive in a setting tailored to their needs.

What to Expect:

 A slow-paced introduction to the ranch environment

• Meet-and-greet with the horses from a safe distance
• Clear schedules, visual supports, and calm transitions

Horse Connection Activities

• Ground-based horse activities such as grooming, leading, and observing
• Opportunities for riding at the participant’s comfort level
• Emphasis on building trust, confidence, and communication through horse-human interaction

Sensory-Friendly Environment

• Small group sizes for low stimulation and individual attention
• Quiet spaces available at all times for breaks
• Activities designed to support sensory regulation and reduce overwhelm

Life Skills & Social Growth
